Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advisory services to employees, ensuring they understand their policies, processes, and entitlements.
  • Partner with line managers to effectively manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, and capability investigations.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion, CSR, Employee Engagement & Wellbeing throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other corporate services functions to ensure alignment to wider business initiatives.
  • Drive operational excellence and team culture, promoting best practice and a positive image of the HR brand.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including HR colleagues, line managers, and business leaders.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior members of the HR team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with current employment law and best practices, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage high workloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
