**Job Title: Sales Support Specialist**

**Location: Manchester City Centre**

**Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 + performance bonus**

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join a thriving sales team based in Manchester City Centre. You will assist and support Business Development Managers with tasks such as Administration, Lead Generation, Quoting and Account Management. Over time the role will evolve as part of a structured development program and will include additional responsibilities.

Our client is a leading independent reprographics company that provide full circle print solutions, from concept and graphic design to digital printing and bespoke finishing. With cutting edge technology and highly trained and skilled employees they can offer dynamic, market leading approaches to their customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generating new leads, arranging meetings, and completing administrative tasks for Business Development Managers.
- Utilising their in-house operating systems which requires a fine level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaising with the production team to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Liaising with existing Clients to ensure an excellent service.
- Managing cash sale customer enquiries and developing them into new accounts.
- Generating quotations within a set time frame and following up to secure work.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of two years within a similar role
- GCSE grade C or above in English & Maths
- Good organisational, communication (written and verbal) and computer skills including Microsoft excel.
