Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Sales Specialist to join our team at BMS Tech Sales.

As an Account Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling digital transformation solutions, agile software development, and other related services to enterprise and mid-market organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sell SaaS or IT services to enterprise and mid-market organizations
* Manage multiple stakeholders and provide consultative sales support
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirements:

* 4-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or software industry
* Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with financial solutions is a plus
