**Duties/Roles include**:
Utilise accounting software such as Xero
Assist with human resources tasks
Generate reports and present to managment
Conduct accurate data entry tasks to maintain records
Support accounts payable functions within the business and run the payroll.
Implement processes within the pharmacy to meet regulations
Manage staff holidays and rotas.
**Requirements**:
Familiarity with human resources tasks
Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively
Excellent data entry capabilities with high accuracy levels (MS Office)
Experience with accounts payable processes
Excellent communication skills
Can work alone and as a part of a team
Excellent organisation and time maangement
**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
