H.H Plastics Limited are a family owned & run long established, manufacturing company based very close to Walsall town center.
- We are recruiting for a **Sage experienced, Accounts Controller/ Bookkeeper.**

**PART -TIME 25-30 hours per week, FLEXIBLE HOURS & Work days to fit in with Life.**

**OFFICE BASED **not hybrid or work from home.

You will assist the Directors with the Company finances & be soley responsible for all aspects of Accounts & Credit control upto Management Accounts, duties are to include:

- All aspects of Bank reconciliation
- Process invoices and liaise with managers to resolve queries
- Reconcile Purchase and Credit Card statements
- Prepare payment runs for suppliers
- Entering Sales/purchasing/Banking on to Sage & Excel Spreadsheets
- Monitor & control accounts,
- Handling & Reconcile cash
- General Ledger and administration duties as required
- Managements Accounts
- VAT returns
- Processing & sorting Invoice Discount / Factoring finances.
- Addressing accountacny issues with company Accountants.
- Recent Accounts Sales & Purchase Ledger experience
- Recent experience of SAGE LINE 50 accounting software
- Experience of Invoice factoring companies & process.
- Good computer skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communicator, comfortable dealing with colleagues at all levels.

**Job Type**: Part - time - **Salary negotiable depending on experience. Flexible working hours.**

**Experience**:

- **Accounting: 3 year required.**:

- **Sage: experience 3 years MINIMUM required.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
