**Operations Administrator - Out of Hours (IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY)**
We are looking for an organised, personable and professional individual to join our out of hours operations team in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and managing emergency call outs

**Operations Administrator - Out of Hours**

**HOME BASED ROLE, BUT INTERVIEWS AND SOME TRAINING WILL TAKE PLACE AT OUR OFFICE IN BURNTWOOD, STAFFORDSHIRE - COMMUTABLE LOCATION IS ESSENTIAL**

You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide excellent customer care to both domestic and commercial customers.

The role will involve 3 different aspects:

- Taking emergency call out jobs, and converting these to qualified appointments for an on call technician. The jobs would then need to be loaded on to our web based operations system and dispatched to the relevant technician
- Liaising where necessary between the customers and on-call engineers

Hours of work are:

- Friday 5:00pm to Monday 8:00am **(REACTIVE ONLY)**

Ideally the Customer Service Representative should have experience of dealing with incoming telephone inquiries, and liaising with customers and remote support staff

In addition you will need to demonstrate the following qualities - Organised, responsive, calm under pressure, good communication skills and have excellent problem solving skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £100.00 per week

Schedule:

- Weekends only
