Pr Administrator Assistant

**Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company who are a specialist marketing and PR agency in the DIY, garden, housewares, domestic electricals, building products and logistics sectors.
This position is open to full and part time hours. (Minimum 3 days per week) Hybrid work available with monthly meetings taking place in person (Monthly meetings would be based in Staffordshire)
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Proactive creation and working with databases such as Agility in line with client
- Media event support
- Management of client status reports to ensure PR programmes run to budget and in line with agreed timings and expectations
- Submitting approved content to media outlets.
- Posting approved content to agreed online platforms
- Media liaison on behalf of clients and representation of client with media as required
- Follow up and fulfilment of opportunities in liaison with account handlers
- Management, updating and analysis of client cuttings
- Client reporting & analysis on all activities in conjunction with account handlers
**Skills and experience**
- Agency admin experience,
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic and team spirit
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in order to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with key decision makers
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively with a diverse range of situations, individuals, and groups
Desirables for progression, but not essential
- Writing / content creation ability
- Experience in the home and garden market and/or building products and specification
