**Quality Inspector Installation Works**

**Overview**:
ENERCON Wind Energy UK Ltd. are looking for a Quality Inspector Installation Works (QI-IW) to join our team and support projects within the Western Europe Region. The QI-IW is the interface to the project for all installation teams that are required for installation, Grid Connection, commissioning and testing of ENERCON Wind Turbines. They are the “eye” on the construction site and a valuable partner for the Supervisor of Installation Works (SV-IW) and Construction Manager (CM).

**Main Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations**:

- Ensure quality standards are met on site
- Ensure all Installation Work Non-Conformities (NC) are assessed and recorded
- Identify installation quality deficiencies and proactively support corrective measures
- Report deviations to the CM, SV-IW according to the established procedures
- Continuously monitor and secure the quality performance of the installation teams and highlight improvement potential to the SV-IW and CM
- Convey any questions from stakeholders on the construction site to SV-IW and CM
- Conduct quality reviews during installation according to defined checklists and quality breakpoints and consult CM, SV-IW and General Project Manager (GPM) on further procedures, if quality standards are not met
- Perform takeover procedure with internal and external parties according to ENERCON Project Management guidelines
- Manage the deployment of internal and external resources to the project

**Qualifications and Profile**:

- Ideally you will hold a degree in an Engineering or Construction Management related discipline
- You must have a strong knowledge of QHSE
- IOSH & SMSTS qualifications would be an advantage
- Must have a full, valid UK Driving license
- You will have a highly organized and proactive approach to work
- You will have excellent communication skills
- You will have great attention to detail and be able to multi task
- Experience in the Wind Industry would be highly advantageous
- You must be willing to travel regularly, both in the UK and across the region, and stay away from home for periods of time

Please note this is a site based role which will require frequent travel across the whole of Great Britain as well as the wider Western Europe region (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, UK)

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£57,000.00 per year
