Rhino Recruitment are looking for a qualified QC/Welding Inspector with experience working off shore with rigs/ships. Work and accommodation will be onboard an FPSO in Port Kishorn.

You will be responsible for performing visual and non-destructive examinations of welds on a variety of works, as well as conducting inspections on various stages of fabrication, installations and commissioning process.

Maintaining accurate inspection records, interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and welding procedures.

**Requirements**:

- **CSWIP 3.1 or PCN VT Level 2 inspector qualification**:

- **Shipyard or site experience is a must, familiar with steel, pipe and pressure vessels inspection.**:

- **Technical drawings reading skills.**:

- **History or proven experience of experience as a QC/Welding Inspector in shipyard and pressure vessels projects.**:

- **In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.**:

- **Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation.**:

Travel and Accommodation: Provided

Rate: Negotiable - dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: £25.00-£28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 60 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
