Accounts Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within NCO to gain sought after experience within a growing Finance department. This role will report to the company’s Finance Manager but also have exposure to senior roles across the finance team. The accounts assistant will be integral to processing key analysis reporting and reconciliations which are skills transferrable to many finance related roles.

**What you will be doing**
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Financial Analysis
- Monthly Income Statement Reporting
- Weekly Payroll Reporting
- Journal Preparation
- Cashflow Preparation
- Preparation and review of supplier payments and associated PO approval process
- Support the wider finance team in completing Internal and External audits.
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures.

The below skills will be an advantage but full training will be provided to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to be successful.
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Excel knowledge important
