**Administrator - Course Operations - Hybrid**

**Location**: Leicester, Hybrid
**Salary**: £20,971 per annum + Benefits

You will be part of a team that focuses on the organisation and planning of our training events. Working alongside multiple colleagues you will work together to ensure our events are a success.

**As our Course Operations Administrator you will**:

- Support the running and operations of events in line with set requirements
- Liaise with our external suppliers, where required, and promptly deal with any issues
- Assume responsibility for written communication sent to our external providers
- Act as a course host, either attending face to face or on our Mercia Live courses (via zoom)
- Maintain and update course attendances and client training records
- Support courses across all formats such as Live, on-demand or face to face
- Process training related venue and speaker invoices

**Expectations**:

- You must be self-motivated and able to complete tasks accurately
- A strong team member who can support others with tasks
- You must demonstrate that you can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with multiple departments and colleagues

**The skills required**:

- Experience working in an administrative role
- Experience providing a service to customers/clients
- Experience using virtual meeting platforms (in particular Zoom)
- Strong English skills, backed by the relevant qualification(s): GCSE, Key Skills or Functional Skills
- Strong ICT skills and experience with Microsoft packages
- Ability to negotiate with others and seek resolutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with mínimal supervision. This is important as the team works in a hybrid office/home environment
