**3-month contract that could go permanent**

Our client who is a world famous car and van rental company is looking to recruit an administrator that is enthusiastic, has an eye for detail and has excellent organisational and team-working skills.

The role is based at the Leicester HQ, the working hours are 9am-5.15pm (36.25 hours a week). The role offers hybrid working, flexible 3 days in the office. But 5 days initially when you start for the first 3 weeks whilst learning the role.

**University graduates and school leavers will also be considered and are welcome to apply**

**Responsibilities**:

- General Administrative Duties
- Review images of vehicle damage and apportion to appropriate company Repair Network.
- Liaise with recovery agents to ensure crash recoveries arrive
- Work with engineering team to advise of any vehicle fault allegations and arrange 3rd Party inspection.

**Key Skills / Attributes required**:

- Proficient with Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Quick learner, flexible and reactive to a changing environment and role over time.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
