This role is pivotal in coordinating Quality Improvement work programmes, contributing directly to the enhancement of service provision.

**Title**: Team Coordinator

**Location**: Central London (Hybrid - 2 days per week)

**Salary**: £27000 - £30000/annum

**Contract/hours**: Full-time, permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure effective communication between the Quality Improvement Unit and its stakeholders on various project matters at a senior level.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Quality Improvement Unit, dealing with matters efficiently and effectively.
- Co-ordinate the electronic diary for the Director.
- Assist the Director in re-prioritising workstreams based on workflows.
- Liaise with the team to identify immediate priorities for discussion at weekly team meetings.
- Co-ordinate workstream updates for presentation at internal and stakeholder meetings.
- Provide administration support and coordination of workstreams/programs, e.g., service reviews.
- Arrange and confirm appointments and meetings, making appropriate arrangements.
- Provide administration for meetings, including preparation, distribution of agendas and papers, and taking minutes.
- Maintain effective office systems, project and programme files, and outputs.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Experience in working within a project environment.
- Knowledge of project and programme software/systems, including Microsoft Excel (Gantt chart).
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills.
