National Team Administrator

**Description**:
To perform and co-ordinate those duties detailed below, travelling abroad with squads as required, and any other duties that may be delegated by the Performance Administration Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To provide an administrative service for National Teams, travelling abroad as and when required, and as directed by the Performance Administration Manager.
- Manage the allocated budget for relevant teams ensuring all expenditure is in accordance with departmental objectives
- Liaise with UEFA, FIFA, other Football Associations and all other departments within the Association, and other external bodies, as required, using established methods, maintaining good working relations with all customers and service providers.
- In accordance with the Association’s established procedures and protocols, including the terms of relevant policies, administer and process player and technical/specialist staff selections for the relevant squads, ensuring squad letters, associated correspondence and disbursement of fees and collection of expenses is dealt with in a timeous and accurate manner. Make reservations and arrangements for teams as directed by the Department Manager or relevant Head Coach.
- In advance of match, timeously co-ordinate travel and all hotel arrangements of the teams, including timetables, rooming lists and menus, in conjunction with the Association’s Travel Department and relevant Team Coach.
- When accompanying a squad either at home or abroad, liaise with team hotel staff, on arrival, and throughout stay thereafter, to co-ordinate team arrangements, facilities, timetable, and all other details necessary to ensure the comfort and good organisation of the squad, with the assistance of specialist staff (e.g. Team Doctor), as required.
- Participate in meetings with foreign association representatives, as directed by the Performance Administration Manager, to ensure good organisation of the allocated team’s arrangements.
- Allocate tickets and match passes for relevant player and technical staff use and record.
- Process payment for tickets purchased and expenses claims of squads and technical staffs, as directed, and submit to the Performance Administration Manager for authorisation.
- Co-ordinate and arrange insurance notification with the Association’s Insurance Agents, including processing of any claims arising from player injuries.
- Organise any meetings and seminars with clubs or officials and other parties as directed.
- Assist in general administration of Department, including processing of Team Administrator appointments, post event reporting protocol, recording of disciplinary cautions and suspensions from UEFA and FIFA matches, preparation of letters, meeting notes and minutes, presentations, as directed by Department Manager.
- Respond to general enquiries from members of the public ensuring that all appropriate advice is given timeously and accurately, as directed.
- All other reasonable departmental duties as directed from time to time by the Performance Administration Manager.
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
- Proven and sound administration experience
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience of planning, working to timescales and deadlines
- Experience of data capture, report generation and analysis
