All of which require a real people lens and significant change management and OD support, As an Organisation Effectiveness Consultant you will be working to support these high profile programmes and focusing on key people change, wellbeing and employee engagement projects across Jersey Public Service.

You will be involved in work to help deliver and embed a performance culture, support Wellbeing, build employee engagement and provide consultancy
services into departments. This may include ensuring that teams across organisation have the optimal structures, processes, can manage change well and embed a positive workplace culture that enables them to grow and thrive.

What you will bring to the team:
You will have energy in abundance, an enquiring curious mind, be comfortable with degrees of ambiguity and have a strong delivery, customer centred ethos. You will be creative, people focused and be comfortable using data analytics and insight, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.
Having a genuine interest in these areas, an aptitude for learning and continuous professional development, as well as having a flexible attitude is key.

Experience in the field of Organisation Development, such as design and delivery of employee engagement and change interventions, wellbeing approaches and performance management improvements would be great but is not essential.
