**Overview**:
Account Manager/Internal Sales wanted for distribution Company

**Salary**: up to £36k DOE + BONUS

Location: Liverpool
- Mon-Friday working

Leading materials distributor, is on the hunt for an Account Manager/ Internal Sales Specialist who’s is passionate about great service.

Key Responsibilities
- Building excellent relationships with new and lapsed customers so you can understand

and meet their needs
- Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets

through upselling and cross-selling relevant products, offering specific product
advice.
- Getting to know our suppliers and continuously looking for opportunities to improve

product and industry knowledge
- Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
- Following plans to continuously improve customer experience.
- Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to

customer accounts and credit levels. (financial)
