**Key Responsibilities**
- Coding and processing all purchase ledger invoices and reconciling supplier statements
- Coding and processing staff expenses, timesheets, overtime and commission payments
- Processing credit card statements
- Managing the purchase ledger inbox
- Reconciliation of outstanding Purchase Orders and requesting missing invoices.
- Reconciliation of refundable deposits and requesting refunds.
- Compiling financial documentation for the Carbon Audit
- Provide other general assistance to the Finance Team.
- Help cover other members of the Finance Team duties while they are on holidays.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Experience in a finance environment
- Experience with Xero / Salesforce / Intermediate Excel / Concur
- Working towards accountancy qualification / Desire to work towards accountancy qualification

**Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent attention to detail with good analytical skills
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively alongside team members
- Friendly, personable, positive approach
- Responding efficiently and effectively to requests from team members, managers and clients
- Ability to follow company policies
- Interested in Sustainability
- Enjoy a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication

**Place and hours of work**:
This role involves time in the office and working from home.

**What we offer**:

- £26K-30K per annum depending on experience
- 37.5 hours per week
- Paid overtime or time off in lieu
- 28 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
