I am recruiting a Puchase Ledger Clerk to work within the Finance team at my clients office in the City Of London. You'll perform duties associated with the company's purchase ledger, as well as maintaining controls and robust processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

**What your duties will cover**:

- Input supplier invoices and credit notes
- Coding of supplier invoices
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve any queries
- Assist with supplier payment runs on a weekly basis or as determined by the finance manager
- Process employee expense claims
- Distribute and process company credit card statements
- Purchase ledger reconciliations
- PO record maintenance and reconciliation
- Reconciling bank statements
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details on the systems
- Assisting other members of the finance team during busy periods
- 1-3 years accounts payable experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An aptitude for finance IT systems e.g., Xero and/or NetSuite
- Good team working skills
- Intermediate skills in excel and word
- Excellent time management
