**Client Details**

**Description**

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will:

- Management of the end-to-end Accounts Payable Ledger
- Processing of the purchase ledger invoices
- Preparation and processing of the payment runs
- Setting up new suppliers on the system
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Aged creditor reports
- Ad hoc payments and reporting

**Profile**

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will:

- Have previous experience in a similar role (ideally in a sole AP role)
- Studying towards their ACCA, CIMA or AAT qualification
- Have strong Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables etc.)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident
- Good at building strong relationships with people

**Job Offer**
- £25,000 - £35,000 (dependant ob experience)
