Overview:
No two days will be the same. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in upcoming recruitment projects, as well as day-to-day recruitment activities. You will work closely with the wider People and Culture team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Joining a friendly and supportive team you will be encouraged to expand on your previous experiences. You will have access to training and support to enable you to develop your soft skills as well as enhance your technical skills needed for the role.

**Responsibilities**:
**What you'll be doing as a Resourcing Administrator**:

- Develop a talent pipeline for upcoming and high frequency/volume roles.
- Write and post job adverts.
- Support the Resourcing Business Partner with offer management and administration, working closely with the People and Culture team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications:
**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as a resourcer, recruitment administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and regulations.
- Have an eye for detail, exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable administration experience, with the ability to manage multiple processes/projects simultaneously.

**What we offer**:

- Salary up to £25,000 dependent on experience.
- Hybrid working - split your time between home and our office, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week
- Annual Leave - minimum of 25 days per year, increasing to 31 days with length of service. Also - buy/sell holidays up to 5 days per year
