We are looking for a Resourcing Administrator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to provide administrative and transactional support across a wide range of Resourcing & Recruitment processes and associated activity, including but not limited to publishing adverts, preparing recruitment paperwork, employment screening and associated pre-employment checks, setting up of new positions and issuing contracts of employment etc.

The Resourcing Administrator will also be responsible for providing first line advice and guidance to hiring managers on all aspects of company resourcing policies, processes, and legislative requirements in relation to pre
- employment checks.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide effective, efficient, and accurate administrative support throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle from advertising to onboarding new starters.
- Dealing with general resourcing/recruitment queries and enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Resourcing team to deliver compliance with company processes, procedures, and legislative requirements
- Creation and distribution of new employment contracts, position information and onboarding documentation via appropriate systems e.g. PDS, eArcu etc.
- Regular updating and provision of data in line with company processes to HR Administration and Payroll teams
- Regularly run recruitment reports and adhoc reports as required; and provision of support to new and existing resourcing tools such as work force planning.
- Identify opportunities and support with implementing improvements to existing processes to deliver a positive onboarding and employee experience.
- Provide support to the wider People Services teams and HR community as required

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- screening and onboarding would be desirable.
- Proven background in high volume role(s) is essential.
- Proven background in solid administration role(s) is essential.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (eArcu) and HRIS system or similar
- An organised approach meaning you can work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst working with ambiguity.
