The Bedford College Group, has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Governance Coordinator, to become an important part of our college group, based in Bedford.

The purpose of this role is to provide technical and administrative support to the College Corporation, Chief Executive Office and any subsidiaries and associated undertakings of the group, alongside organising Governance and CEO activities for the groupas necessary.

The role will predominantly involve working proactively with the Group Director of Governance and the PA to the CEO to organise college, corporation, committee and subsidiary company meetings, including facilitation of timely circulation of agenda and papers,room bookings and catering arrangements. You will be required to attend meetings and take minutes of meetings.
