**Clinical Lead role**:
Join our team as a **Clinical Lead** and play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our homes. Working closely with nurses and carers, you'll lead by example to ensure our residents receive the best care possible. Supported by our management team, you'll actively contribute to clinical delivery, promote best nursing practice, and foster positive working relationships within the team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our homes.
- Lead the nursing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure excellent clinical care.
- Make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure, prioritizing resident well-being and safety.
- Actively contribute to all aspects of clinical delivery, including audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
- Promote best nursing practice and provide training, support, and mentorship to staff as needed.

**Requirements**:
- Strong clinical skillset with the confidence to lead the nursing team.
- Prior management experience or experience of leading a small team is preferred.
- Ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
- Passion for promoting best nursing practice and mentoring others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
