Clinical Lead Nurse Job Opportunity

An exciting new role has emerged for a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to work in a leading care home based in the Northampton area. You will be working for a renowned healthcare provider.

This care home boasts spacious facilities, making it an ideal setting for nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care.

To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nursing staff to deliver exceptional care standards
  • Promote independence and dignity while enhancing the lives of individuals in our care
  • Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards to enhance efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines
  • Ensure a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for residents, employees, and visitors
  • Support the Home Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Home
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in managing a team, ensuring staff supervision, and creating rotas for efficient home operation
  • Experience in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services
  • Ability to produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Able to maintain accurate documentation and resident records while utilizing modern technology
  • Confident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
  • Able to support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional care and supporting residents and their families
