About the Role:
Clinical Lead Nurse is a senior nursing position at our care home in Brackley, Northampton. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff, promoting independence and dignity, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nursing staff to deliver excellent care standards
- Promote independence and dignity for residents
- Support the delivery of improvements and quality standards
- Ensure a safe and engaging environment for all
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Team management and supervision
- Quality and clinical governance
- Producing care plans and risk assessments
- Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records
- Overseeing medicine management
- Supporting and guiding others
