Rthirteen are currently supporting a world leading business in their search for an **Internal Sales Executive** to join their central team based in Diss, on a temporary to permanent basis.

Joining the Sales Support/ Customer Services department, as an Internal Sales Executive your primary focus will be to develop, manage, grow current and new customers. The position will have responsibility for a smaller group of clients that will includeexport customers, offering existing and new products - and also be part of the internal team offering support to the external regional sales team for quotations and order processing where required.

**The day to day**
- Handling incoming and outbound calls from existing and new customers.
- Proactively following up on leads and enquires, generating quotations, converting to sales.
- Responsible for a specific group of accounts, implementing consultative sales strategies to grow and develop.
- Update CRM database with new and existing projects.
- Working to both individual, team and company based revenue and KPI/targets.
- Committed to understand regions, channels and addressable market place, whilst understanding customer needs and products.
- Liaison across the business with the other internal departments, Finance, Design, Dispatch /Stores and Production teams.
- Attend sales / team meetings and ongoing product training.

**You will have/be**:

- Proven experience (1 year min) within a B2B sales environment.
- Success in growing and development of key accounts.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and process.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good all round commerciality.
- Motivated and with ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets.
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

**The benefits**

- Yearly bonus, % of salary paid based on both company and personal performance.

- Monday to Thursday 8:15am-5:00pm, Friday 8.15-4pm, with opportunity once per month to finish even early on a Friday
