We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd, a leading provider of retirement living solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in introducing customers to the world of independent living and providing them with expert advice on their purchase of an apartment and the lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
- Proactively contact customers who have shown an interest in our developments and provide them with the best advice on their purchase.
- Work closely with onsite teams, including Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction, as well as offsite agents and sales partners to progress sales through to completion.
- Previous new homes sales experience, preferably in the retirement market.
- Excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and have a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
- Professional and responsible selling at all times.
- Previous experience of using IT databases.
- A valid UK Driver's Licence.
