Seeking a dynamic Credit Liaison Executive to join the Credit Department - Collection Team in Diss. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the Sales teams in achieving business growth, all while safeguarding the debtors ledger.

Key Responsibilities: As a Credit Liaison Executive, you will:
  • Proactively reach out to customers for payments while adhering to credit policies.
  • Collaborate with the Collection Team Leader to address specific issues affecting the business.
  • Manage customer accounts efficiently, resolving queries, and maintaining a high standard.
  • Ensure timely resolution of invoice queries, coordinating with other departments and customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the ERP system.
  • Contribute to the monthly Credit Note Provision and transaction processing.
  • Process customer card payments securely over the phone.
  • Consistently meet individual and team targets.
  • Respond to Sales team inquiries and manage them through to completion.
  • Prioritise and handle internal communications professionally, considering customer expectations and courier cut-off times.
  • Release customer orders in line with credit policies and internal controls.
  • Manage team and personal email inboxes in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
