As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will ensure the efficient delivery of a call handling service to customers.

Overview
- Immediate start
- Permanent role
- £27,000 - £29,000 PA
- Office based role - central Birmingham

Main Duties
- To provide an efficient response to a range of queries including repairs and maintenance and general housing.
- Continuously monitor and improve current methods of service delivery and implement changes to meet the operational and strategic needs of the organisation.
- Performance manage the Contact Centre team through monthly one-to-ones and performance development reviews
- Identify, co-ordinate and facilitate training sessions with new and existing staff members
- To handle initial incoming complaints and aim to resolve where necessary

You will need:

- Experience managing or supervising a customer service team
- Ideally exposure to working for a housing association or local authority
- Effective interpersonal skills to enable relationships to be built

Community Partnership Personnel are a specialist consultancy that provide temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to housing professionals across the Midlands.
