We have an opening for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Bruntingthorpe, working alongside another Administrator, as well as two Sales professionals. Business is booming and so this will be a busy, fast-paced office role. Are you upfor the challenge?

Your role will consist of collating machine inspection reports, photos and videos, taken by our team of Demonstrators, entering this information into an IT system, checking pricing against the original invoice, sifting through the information to report allof the relevant bits of information, before sending this to the Area and Regional Sales team for approval. You’ll spend most of your time on the phone, speaking with Inspectors, members of the Sales team and your co-workers, therefore good verbal communicationskills are essential.

Training will be given on our systems and processes, however, to be a success in this role, you will have previously worked in a similar Administration role, have developed good IT skills, and the ability to work at pace, with a high volume of data. We sellapprox. 100 machines per month and as business is growing, this is only set to increase.

We offer this initially on a fixed term contract until November 2023, although there is a strong possibility that this role will become a permanent part of our growing team. You don’t believe me?
