**Care Recruitment and HR Administration Officer - Extra Care and SLW**

**Salary £28,384.81 - 37.5 hours per week working 9:00am to 5:00pm**

As Care Recruitment and HR Officer reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide a pro-active recruitment service to both the Extra Care and SLW departments, working alongside a Care Recruitment and HR colleagues. You will support the Head of HR and the Director of Integrated Services and the operational Extra Care Managers to develop and deliver impactful recruitment strategies designed to support them to achieve their business needs in line with the organisational objectives, values and goals of the SCiA Group.

Within this role you will also support our Transport Department in relation to all HR related tasks for the service, including contracts of employment, contractual changes and payroll processing. You will be confident in supporting both the Senior HR and Wellbeing Adviser and the Head of HR to provide sound verbal and written HR advice and guidance to managers and also undertake HR administration tasks including maintaining the DBS log for the organisation, responding to reference requests and ad hoc filing.
