**Description**:
As a Recruitment Administrator at Apex Prime Care, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced, friendly in-house Recruitment Team based in Totton. You will recruit and process Home Care Assistants for 35 branches across the south coast, adhering to the guidelines we follow to ensure our carers and clients are safe in the community.

This is a full-time office-based role in our Head Office. Starting Salary: £22,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To arrange interviews with applicants
- To process all new starters through our onboarding
- Issue contracts, certificates, and ID badges
- Posting job adverts
- Weekly and monthly reports
- Processing leavers and pay increases
- Updating Employee Records
- Answering the reception and recruitment phones and directing enquiries
- Updating payroll with carer changes
- Support local branches

You may be asked to undertake other tasks that are considered to be relevant to your position.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
Essential:

- 5 A* - C grades at GCSE (or equivalent) including one in Maths and one in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- To stay calm when dealing with difficult customers
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to work under your own initiative
- To be able to keep information confidential
- Abide by legislation

Desirable:

- Experience working in Recruitment
- Experience working with our systems Webroster and Pinpoint
