About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our HR Team in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, utilizing our in-house e-recruitment system to advertise roles and maintain candidate details.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results
  • Utilize our e-recruitment system to advertise roles and update candidate details
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and managers, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative environment, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and managers
