- KBS Corporate (Part of the K3 Capital Group) is the UK’s Number 1 provider of company sale services, offering guidance and advisory services to SME's. We are currently expanding our internal sales function due to an exciting period of growth and are looking for a super organised and efficient Admin Assistant to join the team based at our Bolton Office.
**The Role**
As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy Corporate Business Management team. You will be managing enquiries from clients that are looking to sell their business, assisting our diary managers in filling the diaries for our BDM’s, and handling general administration within the team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Organising and uploading accounts for Client meetings
- Handling correspondence, ensuring all contact details are recorded accurately and arranging calls
- Data capture from leads
- Filtering leads and distributing accordingly
- Updating KPI trackers weekly
- Liaising with data team for call back moves
- Putting together NDAs for clients
- Putting together deal collateral
**A bit about you
Experience working in a supporting / administrative role within a sales / target driven environment would be beneficial but not essential - We will give you all the training you need to get you up to speed
**What we require**:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage
- Fast typing speed of 50 - 80 WPM
- Good communication skills - working effectively within both an internal and external team
- Ability to work under pressure
