**Responsibilities**:
Elevating the Q-SYS knowledge and expertise of our key partners, (including integrators, consultants, and end-users) from the AV (Audio Visual) Industry through the delivery of award-winning training courses on cutting-edge technology solutions (including AI).

Collaboration with the global training, and product management functions to refine and develop the Q-SYS training curriculum as we develop market leading solutions.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a defined curriculum of content within the UK and Ireland, including classroom courses, on-the-road training, and webinars.
- Coordinate and plan training sessions in response to market demand.
- Mark Q-SYS exam submissions and provide feedback to students.
- Gather feedback from the classroom and from sales teams to inform the development of the training curriculum and strategy, alongside the EMEA Training Manager and global product management teams.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure prioritisation of content based on needs of strategic accounts.
- Participate in market research, competitor, and customer surveys in conjunction with the product development teams.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
- Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance. Participate and enhance regional trade shows as required

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Education to degree level or qualification in an industry relevant field is preferred
- Excellent and engaging presentation skills
- A passionate for market leading technology and able to convey complex topics in a straightforward manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships quickly
- Well organised to manage conflicting priorities
- Natural intellect with a prominent level of emotional intelligence
- Highly motivated and results oriented - driven to succeed
- Confident with excellent influencing skills
- Professionally presented with natural gravitas
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)
- Must have proven experience in delivering technical training to a variety of audiences
- Experience in proposing audio visual or IT infrastructure services is desired
- Experience with Audio, Video and Control systems desired
- Experience in creating training material in PowerPoint and video formats is desired.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM g (or equivalent) is desirable
- Commercially astute with the ability to understand a complex AV system proposition.
