Grounds Management Specialist

Job Title: Grounds Management Specialist
Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
HL Services (London) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Management Specialist to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of turf quality, ensuring the grounds are always presentable, and providing a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily provision of the best possible playing surface
- Maintenance of the workshop and equipment in good condition
- Ensuring gardens and lawns around the clubhouse are always well-manicured
- Providing logistic services to the clubhouse as required
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of horticulture and turf management
- Possession of relevant qualifications, such as NVQ 3 or 4, or an HND in a related subject
- PA1, 2, and 6 spraying licenses
