About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Egham, covering two closely located sites. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading company that values work-life balance, with no on-call responsibilities and consistent weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to health and safety regulations.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £36,000 per year.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with no on-call shifts.
- Company Van & Fuel Card: All travel expenses are covered for site-related work.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering, ideally in building services or facilities.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and health and safety best practices.
