Care Assistant Specialist

Our residents enjoy the most luxurious surroundings and receive the very best in healthcare and support. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work closely with our residential and dementia residents, promoting choice, individuality, and independence at all times.
We offer competitive hourly pay of £14.65 per hour, plus company benefits, including paid breaks, uniform, and paid DBS. You will also receive a comprehensive induction, support, and training, as well as opportunities for career development.
To be successful in this role, you will need two years' previous experience working with older people and those who experience dementia. Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant is desirable.

- Providing high-quality care and support to our residents
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent resident outcomes
