**About the Role**
- Update and maintain our online employee database.
- Produce and issue contracts and all relevant documentation to new employees and subcontractors.
- Diarise appraisals and other employee related appointments.
- Support the finance department in the preparation of monthly payroll.
- Issue payslips and other employment related documents.
- Attend to time related queries and correct mis-bookings in liaison with production managers.
- Track probationary periods
- Maintain pay rates and other employment related entitlements
- A pro-active, organised and confident person will excel in this role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a polite and approachable manner.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience in payroll is a distinct advantage although not essential.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
- A team player who is adaptable and willing to “muck in” with the demands of a growing company.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
