**Group HR and Executive Assistant**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Yacht Havens Group, based at our Head Office in Lymington, Hampshire due to the retirement of a key member of our team.

This role will work directly with Group Directors and be responsible for performing a range of HR and PA duties. In time, this person will become the central point of contact for all HR matters across the Group.

**About Us**

Yacht Havens Group currently employs 175 staff across our locations in England, Scotland, Wales and the Netherlands. We predominantly operate within the marine leisure industry, owning and operating marinas. But our diverse portfolio also includes several hospitality businesses as well a range of commercial properties.

We opened our first marina in 1972 and fifty years later, the company remains family-owned and family-managed.

**About You (Essentials)**:

- Previous HR experience and CIPD qualification.
- IT proficient with advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn bespoke programs/software quickly and easily.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience of liaising successfully with management, collaborating, seeking information and accurate completion of tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-starter with strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanour.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Desirables**:
Although not essential, it would be beneficial to be able to demonstrate experience of:

- Experience dealing with and recording accurate Board meetings.
- Working within a family business.

As well as working closely with senior management and the company directors, this role will also liaise regularly with staff from around the Group. This includes our Senior Administrator, Finance team, Marketing team, IT team as well staff in our businesses around the UK and the Netherlands.

This role would suit those with previous experience as HR Administrator, Legal Secretary/Administrator, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar.
