Clean and Support

As a Domestic Assistant at The Cambian Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment for our students. You will work as part of a team to ensure the residence and learning environments are cleaned to a high standard following health and safety policies.

The shifts for this role include working Monday to Friday, with negotiable working hours. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team and contribute to the well-being of our students.

Hill House School is a 52-week residential special school providing quality therapeutic care and education for young people on the autistic spectrum between the ages of 11 and 19 with severe learning difficulties and associated needs.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.78 per hour, making us one of the leading providers of specialist behavioural and mental health services in the UK.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent cleaning skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. You must also be committed to safeguarding and protecting the young people and service users within our care.
