Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our retail team at Lymington High Street Express. As a Tesco Colleague, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late evenings. We offer a range of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles, including full-time and part-time options.

Key Responsibilities
As a Tesco Colleague, your duties will include:
  1. Assisting customers with their shopping queries and providing product information.
  2. Operating the checkout tills and handling customer payments.
  3. Working in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
  4. Maintaining a high standard of store appearance and housekeeping.
  5. Participating in seasonal, community and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere.
  6. Building rapport with customers and ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.
