Some of the responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with Service Users, families, care staff and other professional to ensure an efficient service provision and resolve complaints.
- Support with medications as prescribed
- Help client with personal care task such as washing/shower, dressing etc
- Support with meal preparation
- Support or supervise transfers
- Support client with shopping
- Safeguarding clients.
- Support with housework
- **Ideally, we are looking for**_
- Experience care
- Qualification in Health and social care or equivalent
- Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn new software packages
- Organised and good customer service skills as you will be the first point of call to all staff and clients
- Willingness to undertake care calls in the community.
