Reporting directly to our Procurement Manager, we are looking for an entry level Planner & Expeditor Administrator to support our Procurement Team, so if you have experience working with data, administration with excellent attention to detail and communication skills - we want to hear from you

This role is an entry level role and is ideal for someone who initially will be heavily involved in supporting the Planner & Expeditors with administration tasks and understanding the needs of the Planner & Expeditor to then develop into the Planner & Expeditor role (within a 12-month timeframe). A clear progression plan will be implemented so that you are able to fully manage your own production areas and products.

This role is perfect for anyone who wants a career in supply chain/planning.

**Job description**

Working as a Planner & Expeditor Administrator based at our new, modern head office at Ellesmere Port, you will be proactive and a key support to the team.

**Duties**:

- Transfer works orders from Emax to Smartsheet
- Daily follow up of late deliveries
- Preparing monthly KPIs
- Transport/Updating the Goods In calendar
- Transferring data to the board report
- Preparation for weekly production meeting
- Reviewing whiteboard schedule
- Update figures on Smartsheet - weekly
- Inventory KPI data capture
- Departmental reporting, raising PO’s, general administration. This list is not exhaustive.

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Passion for and experience working with data - essential.
- Be organised, methodical and work within timeframes.
- Excellent Microsoft skills is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- Great communicator and the ability to work on your own initiative to meet deadlines but also work collaboratively with colleagues.
