Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Administer new and used vehicle sales.
- Assist the sales teams with bringing vehicles into stock and raising purchase orders.
- Assisting with the administration of vehicle finance.
- Type and computerise documents accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Experience using a Motor Delearship DMS/CRM system.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent data entry accuracy and speed.
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
