**What will you be doing?**
- You will be monitoring the document control inbox,
- Maintaining the project documentation system,
- Updating the registers,
- General administration tasks e.g., filing, scanning, answering the phones & completing purchasing activities when necessary.

**Where will you be doing it?**
- Our client is a system integrator based in Ellesmere Port.

**What you’ll need**:

- Administration experience within an engineering environment would be an advantage,
- Competency in Microsoft office,
- Excellent organisational skills,
- Confident communicator both oral and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
