Here at Krystals we have an exciting opportunity available for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our growing logistic team based in Ellesmere Port.
You would be based at our Ellesmere Port site but also will work together with the staff at our head office in Lincoln to ensure that our expanding fleet of vehicles and trailers are maintained in accordance with Q licence criteria.
Having direct communication with all internal departments, external suppliers, and other stakeholders

**Main Responsibilities for the role**
- Book Vehicles in with Service supplier in accordance to the O'Licence
- Maintain and update the service Planner accordingly
- Ensure all vehicle defects are rectified in a timely manner
- Liaise with all service suppliers
- Ensure all vehicles are downloaded in accordance to legislation
- Maintain the vehicle files by download invoices & Job Cards
- Cost management and raise Purchase invoice request
- Driver hours analysis report
- vehicle usage reports
- maintain trailer equipment - Straps and edge protectors etc
- Assist transport planners with planning loads.
- Assist transport planners with route planning and vehicle utilisation
- Assist transport planners with Dating Orders
- Assist transport planners with Production issues
**The Person**:
The successful applicant would need to have:
- Strong levels of initiative
- Good Organisational skills
- Strong IT and numerical skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
- Strong Communication skills - spoken and written
- Strong Teamworking skill
- High Levels of Flexibility (eg. During busy periods)
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to prioritise workload
- People management skills
- Develop relationships both internally and externally.
**Remuneration Structure**:
- Salery Between £25,000 & £27,000 depending on experience
- Standard office hours for this role would be 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday with the expectation of flexibility if and when needed
- 20 days holiday plus public holidays
- Further possibility of progression possible as the organisation expands.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
