**Job Purpose**:
To provide administrative support to existing support teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all new instructions are accepted/actioned in a timely manner.
- Ensure all information taken is recorded accurately and that notes are fully completed and followed up where appropriate.
- Undertake Service plan requests with utility providers.
- Action & issue reports ensuring that these are handled and issued within a timely manner.
- Answering incoming calls, assist with enquiries, relay messages both written and verbal.
- Highlight areas of concern/inconsistencies immediately to Line Manager to resolve.
- Adopt a proactive work style to ensure that the team meet service standards and targets.
- Liaise with other departments as required providing the optimum service to all our customers.
- Play an active role in communicating ideas and improvements for the department and therefore business as a whole.
- Carry out any other administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager.

**Knowledge & Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills are essential
- Some experience of working within KPI’s would be advantageous
- Ability to work both within a team environment and also the capability to work under own initiative.
- Ability to "think on feet"
- Attention to detail and ability to keep ordered digital records.
- Computer literate (MS Office and Outlook)
- Self-Motivating and Pro-active attitude.
- Awareness of maintaining confidentiality in a business environment
- Participation in any relevant training
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Good telephone manner
- Able to work in a busy and often pressured environment.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
