Here at Vertu Motors we have an opportunity for a F&I Claims Administrator to join our team on fixed term contract for 7 months.
As our administrator you will be responsible for processing compliance concerns and F&I claims, your role involves ensuring that all activities within the Customer Service Department adhere to the FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service) compliance standards and regulations. You will be responsible for creating a record for all compliance concerns raised by customers, including 3rd party representatives, employees, and regulatory authorities.
Your role requires a understanding of financial regulations and compliance, a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently alone and under pressure. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and providing a smooth experience for customers filing F&I claims.
Experience in the use of Microsoft products to a relatively good standard as an administrator is required.
This is a full time role and the working hours are 9am - 5pm and is based out of our head office in Gateshead.
