20-25 hours on a part time basis Monday to Friday

Salary up to £14 per Hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and records.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Maintain supplier accounts and contact details.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and queries.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Experience with using Access Financials will be preferred but not required as training will be given.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: Up to £14.00 per hour
